I am incredibly sorry I have neglected you. So much has happened since my last post. As you know from the post title, we are now a single-parent homeschool. You read that right. After one short year of moving back with my husband, the kids and I are on our own.
There are so many ideas out there on how to teach Geography. While we do use a curriculum, A Childs Geography, we tend to go off on our own rabbit trails. That’s the fun of homeschooling right? While there’s no one right way of studying Geography there’s no reason why it can’t be fun and REALLY interesting!!
I was struggling with ideas on how to study the Great Painters of the World with my children. I really wanted them to have this experience. So when I was given an opportunity to do a review on one of the project packs from In the Hands of a Child, of course, I chose Great Painters of the World. What a blessing!
